记者从省电力部门获悉，哈埠内的电热地膜生产企业中惠地热股份有限公司已与风电运营商龙源黑龙江公司，达成省内风电供暖示范项目电力交易——今冬，中惠公司将通过采购龙源公司电力，用电热地膜供暖系统为呼兰区大用中学、香坊区黎明第七小学等16所中小学校取暖。中惠公司推出的龙江全链条清洁供暖模式，在采暖费不增加情况下将执行“供暖温度较往年提高10%，供暖时间根据天气情况可延长10%”供暖标准。今年该公司计划在省大范围推广风电清洁供暖，目前已确定风电供暖面积约20万平方米。
