iHeir-QF防霉清洁膏简介 （ Instruction of iHeir-QF biochemistry ointment）

iHeir-QF清洁防霉膏为白色膏状液体，由多种天然光亮剂、水解丝肽营养保护剂、水性成膜剂，采用纳米抗菌材料和有机安全抗菌剂复配而成。属于非释放型的处理剂，不渗失、不游移，也不会被微生物所消耗，以特殊的机械式杀菌（表面进行涂抹），将赋予处理后之基质之耐久性，并且对微生物抗菌具有特的防护功能，以防止微生物所引起的危害，延长皮面的使用寿命，并能强力去污、不伤皮面、防静电、快干、不留痕迹，且能使处理后饱满手感及增加产品价值感。作为耐久性抗微生物处理剂，它具有广泛的抗菌活性。对诸如霉菌、藻类和酵母菌都有耐久性抗菌效果。
可广泛的使用于各种生产方式中，如批次式及连续式都能尽可能不改变制程及生产设备的条件下进行加工。具有常温下进行化学键结的性质，常温反应即可有效（涂抹方式），高温仍不被破坏。适用于长纤、短纤纤维和织物、天然皮革及人造皮革表面处理。可使用BPB（溴酚蓝液）于各种生产制程中或终端成品，进行快果确认。
（iHeir-QF biochemistry ointment is white, include many kinds of nature leather brighter, hydrolyzes dipeptides leather nutrition protectant and watercraft film-forming agent, use the nanonmetre anti-mildew material and organic safety effective anti-mildew product to make up. Belong to un-release treatment chemicals,  un-losing, un-wobble, can’t loss by the microbe. It kill the mildew in mechanism way(paining on the surface), in order to have endurance after finishing. And also have the protective effort for the anti-mildew, in order to reduce the harm from the mildew, extend the life of leather, and also have other more advertage, for example, strong cleaning, un-hurt surface of leather, prevention of statical electricity,quick-drying,leaving no trace,increase the sense of worth etc. As this antimicrobial fiishing, it is a wide antimicrobial activity, it is effective to anti-mildew.(include mildew, algae, and microzyme). Can use widely in the various process. It is suitable for surface finishing of long fiber, short fiber, textile, nature leather, and imitation leather. 使用说明 （instruction）

iHeir-YQ清洁防霉膏可被直接混配入有机和无机配方中。它也可被用于有机和无机基质的处理，其适用的溶剂有水、乙醇、酮类、酯类、烃类和氯代烃类。其处理方法为用软皮、抹布或海绵沾少量iHeir-YQ清洁防霉膏擦拭皮革表面即可。并能除去水副产物甲醇。在使用之前，行生产规模的试验，以确定佳应用工艺条件，诸如时间和温度条件等。
