工业集尘器使用说明：
1。 一般在实际使用中，要据磨床所吸废料的重量及密度来判定工业吸尘机的吸力大小。
2。在吸一些较重的颗粒时，须考虑接管管径及管长度，通常影响吸力效果的一些主要因素有：管径太粗、管径长度太长、吸风机本身功率太小、弯道所接太多且分级处理不好!
选购吸尘机当以质量可靠、功能使用、操作方便为参考依靠、除了要了解结构与功率外，还要考虑附加功能的多少，








现有技术中，吸尘器包括本体、设置于本体上的尘筒，尘筒包括多个旋风筒，每个旋风筒均具有气流入口，在旋风筒的下侧设有通道，通道内设置有气流分配装置，该气流分配装置将通道内的气流分为与旋风筒数量相等的多股，该多股气流再分别进入各旋风筒内。但现有尘筒的构成部件较多，特别是气流分配装置的结构复杂，难以生产装配，造成整个吸尘器的生产成本较高。
