车间抛光打磨集尘器 型脉冲滤筒式集尘机，是一种滤筒垂挂式脉冲除尘器的缩小型版，设备具有过热、短路保护功能，确保设备运行稳定安全，气流在下部进入集尘机后，在集尘机中从下方绕到滤筒上面进行过滤，经滤筒过滤后由风机从集尘机的顶部排出，经过风机排出的气体能直接室内排放。
本系列集尘机结构主要由集尘风机、过滤室、垂挂式滤筒、净气室、储灰抽屉、脉冲喷吹装置、电控箱等组成。有效的收集像陶瓷粉末、喷塑粉、硒鼓粉、金属 粉等类似的超细粉末，各部件都安装在一个立式框架内、钢板壳体、烘漆防锈，外型美观、结构科学、运行可靠、使用方便。
集尘机通过风管将各产尘点的粉尘收集，过滤净化处理后达标排放，滤袋直立安装，过滤面均匀，停机振打清灰，避免粉尘二次吸附，能同时净化多个产尘点的粉尘，满足各种产生大风量、中低浓度粉尘的工厂车间的全面治理。
优点：由于气体和液体接触过程中同时发生传质和传热的过程，因此这类除尘器既具有除尘作用，又具有烟气降温和吸收有害气体的作用。适用于入理高温。高温、易燃易爆和有害气体；运行正常进，净化；可用于雾尘集聚之粉尘、气体；排气量衡定；结构简单、占地面积小。投资低，运行安全、操作及维修方便。
