（ 1 ）运行阻力大
原因可能是： ① 滤袋板结； ② 脉冲阀不工作或损坏； ③ 压缩空气压力太低； ④ 脉冲阀工作时提升阀关闭不严； ⑤ 一个或多个提升阀处于关闭状态。
排除方法： ① 清洗滤袋，加强通风； ② 维护或更换脉冲阀； ③ 检查气路及空气压缩机； ④ 检查清灰控制器。
（ 2 ）运行阻力小
原因可能是： ① 烟气短路； ② 滤袋破损；
排除方法： ① 检查管路并对损坏处进行补焊； ② 检查并更换滤袋；
（ 3 ）脉冲阀不工作
原因可能是： ① 电源断电或清灰控制器失灵； ② 脉冲阀内有杂物，一直漏气； ③ 脉冲阀线圈烧坏； ④ 压缩空气压力太低。
排除方法： ① 恢复供电或修理清灰控制器； ② 仔细清理脉冲阀； ③ 更换脉冲阀线圈； ④ 检查气路系统及压缩机。
（ 4 ）滤袋的清理和更换 滤袋在使用过程中可能由于粉尘粘度较高造成滤布板结现象，从而导致除尘器阻力增大影响除尘效果，出现以上情况后需将滤袋从除尘器拆下来用清水对滤布表面进行冲洗，冲洗完成晾干后可以继续使用。滤袋的清洗周期由使用者根据本单位的粉尘性质和除尘器的使用频率确定。一般情况下，滤袋在使用一年之后会逐渐损坏，主要原因是粉尘的磨蚀、高温、高湿引起的滤料变质。除尘器不能使用破损的滤袋进行工作，否则会影响除尘效果。使用者应及时更换新滤袋。
